Hello, I previously used my [[User:WikitanvirBot II|other bot]] for welcoming new users. But as it is a welcome from the whole community, it is a bit awkward to see the welcome message from some personal bot account. That is why I want a bot flag only for this account. The name translates in English as ''Welcome Committee Bot'' as the welcome message will be delivered on behalf of the project's welcome committee. I plan to manage this bot under the tools.welcomebots-bn service group so it will be later managed with more than one operator to make sure it runs continuously without any malfunction. My other bot will be from now on will be used just for maintenance tasks.
